The Switchboard Cloud platform allows you to activate your devices in the Settings / Devices page.
Note: This feature is only available for companies that have the Switchboard Cloud Platform feature enabled. To learn more, go here: Switchboard Fleet Management
If you are not able to login, or your device is not sending or receiving data, you likely will need to activate your device.
To activate the devices, ensure that you have your device IMEI on hand. It will usually be on a sticker on top or on the back of the devices.
The settings page allows you to activate your devices
Go to the Settings Page. Select your name located on the upper right hand corner of the Switchboard Cloud website , and select Settings.
Select the Devices button to go to the Devices Page.
Select the Activate Device button, and then you will be able to enter the IMEI of your device for activation.
