Activating your Switchboard Asset Tracker

The Switchboard Cloud platform allows you to activate your Asset Tracker hardware.
Note: This feature is only available for companies that have the Switchboard Cloud Platform feature enabled. To learn more, go here: Switchboard Fleet Management
If you are not able to login, or your device is not sending or receiving data, you likely will need to activate your device.
To activate the devices, ensure that you have your device IMEI on hand. It will usually be on a sticker on top or on the back of the devices.
On the Switchboard Cloud platform, go to the Equipment Page.
Select the Trailer tab to go to the Trailers Page.
Add or Edit a Trailer, then you will be able to enter the IMEI of your device under Tracker Identifier.
