To view your driver logs, it is easy. Driver logs are automatically generated from the usage of the Switchboard Electronic Logging Device. Using the Switchboard Cloud Platform, you are able to view hours-of-service logs stored for up to 3 years.

The hours-of-service page shows the dispatcher/Safety officer the current hours available for a driver on a real-time basis. The hours-of-service Recap page will also show the cycle hours of the driver for a month to the dispatcher/safety officer.

Here you can view and HOS logs for a given date, download logs, check log violations, and view event list with a detailed description of duty status, odometers.

 You are able to print your logs or download a PDF of multiple days of logs. At the top right of the page, select "Print Logs", then select the date(s) you'd like to include. To select multiple dates, click "add date", and continue doing this till you have the dates you would like.  After selecting the dates, select "Print All" or "Download All".

Dispatcher/safety managers can view the event list of the date selected once they scroll down the page in the Hours of Service logs page. The below image shows the event list and different items associated with there.

 This item Shows the Duty status options, dispatcher/safety manager can view just the Duty status or all Events associated with the selected day

Shows the notes mentioned by the driver through the APP on that event. 

With this option dispatcher/safety manager will have the capability to edit the individual event.

By clicking on this option, Dispatcher/Safety manager will have the option to view the edited logs.

You can find a detailed list of any violations of the particular driver for any given month.

Viewing your Drivers' HOS Logs

Switchboard makes it easy to view your driver's Trip Inspections / DVIRs. Trip Inspections are generated from the usage of the Switchboard Driver Application. Using the Switchboard Cloud Platform, you are able to view Trip Inspections stored for up to 3 years.

The Trip Inspections page allows dispatchers/safety managers to view all the trip inspections completedby the selected driver for the dates selected. If any date is not selected, then by default system will show the recent trip inspections in descending order.

Duration box and Seal ID, Dispatcher/ safety managers can use this search box to view all the trip inspections during the selected period.

This is a trip inspection filter. Dispatchers/safety managers can select the different options from this filter to make that list show up on the screen. The second image will show all the different options that are in the filter.

Shows the dates on which the trip inspections were done in descending order. 

 This item shows the type of inspection that is done. For example, if it is pre-trip or post-trip, or C-TPAT inspection.

Shows the location where the inspection is done.

Shows the vehicle associated with the inspection.

Shows the odometer reading when the inspection was done.

Viewing your Drivers' Trip Inspections / DVIRs

Switchboard allows managers to edit your drivers' hours-of-service logs and remain compliant with ELD rules.

To make an edit, you need to enter the following information:

You will enter the start and end times to pick a section of your log that you wish to set to a particular duty status.

After filling out the information, select "

When you make an edit to your log, it is sent over to your driver. To ensure that there are no conflicts between the logs at the office and the driver, the driver needs to receive the logs before making any further edits.

To speed up the process of confirmation, let your driver go to the 

 button to reload (and confirm) their logs.
